(USA) The City of Memphis, Tenn., along with International Paper, FCR of Tennessee and Friends of City Beautiful recently began a recycling program called All Aboard. The new program targets old corrugated containers, as well as paperboard packaging.
International Paper had approached Memphis officials early last year about OCC to the city’s recycling program and, after months of discussions and testing, International Paper was able to bring together all the parties necessary to make cardboard recycling possible in Memphis.
