(Switzerland) Swiss environmental groups hit out at the federal authorities on Monday for failing to use more recycled paper, the Swissinfo website reported. The news has raised eyebrows in a country which normally prides itself on being a champion of recycling.
Switzerland is among Europe's leading recyclers of rubbish. In 2005 it recycled around 51 percent of rubbish collected from households and small businesses.
