(Usa)The Neenah-Menasha fire department says an overheated paper coating chemical released a smelly vapor at a Neenah paper plant early Wednesday morning.
Firefighters say at about 12:30 Wednesday morning, a heating element in a vat of paper coating at Metso Paper shorted out.
