(USA) International Paper Co. will sell its tree nursery near Bluff City for $60 million to a South Carolina tree-biotechnology company it partly owns. ArborGen LLC of Summerville, S.C. will take over the 700-acre tree farm, company officials announced Thursday. International Paper, based in Memphis, Tenn., owns a third of ArborGen. Its other owners include MeadWestvaco Corp. of GlenAllen, Va., and Rubicon Limited of Auckland, New Zealand.
