MUMBAI, India--Dec 11, 2008--(Reuters)-- Andhra Pradesh Paper Mills Ltd said on Thursday it has cut prices of writing and printing paper by 1,450-2,000 rupees a tonne after the federal government this week slashed the central value-added tax.
