(India)--May 29, 2009--Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers (TNPL), manufacturer of surface sized maplitho paper with bagasse, expects to complete mill expansion plan by June 2010. The expansion plan is being implemented for increasing the paper production capacity from the current level of 245,000 tons per annum (tpa) to 400,000 tpa at a capital outlay of Rs 10 billion, the company said.
