(Canada) Forestry company Domtar has responded to the provincial government's proposal for the reopening of the Prince Albert Pulp Mill with a counterproposal, Energy and Resources Minister Bill Boyd said Tuesday.

Boyd met in Regina last month with Domtar vice-president Patrick Loulou and put forward a proposal from the Saskatchewan Party government.
