(India)--May 19, 2009--Tamil Nadu Newsprint & Papers Ltd (TNPL) has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2009, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2009 and also to recommend dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2009.
