(USA) Some Chinese producers of lightweight thermal paper face duties of nearly 133 percent imposed by the U.S. Department of Commerce because the agency found evidence that the firms exported the products into the country at prices below fair value.

The Commerce Department issued its preliminary decision in the antidumping case Wednesday, according to Appleton Papers, an employee-owned producer of lightweight thermal paper based in Appleton.
